PRODUCT SATISFACTION
If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges.
There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
RETURN SHIPPING
You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage. Malibu MD is not liable for products purchased and shipped from third party retailers.
